I love how it smooths my sides. I am a UK size ten and I ordered the L. (10-14) It fit perfectly, my only concern is the tummy area. Was hoping that it'd have a panel to make me look flawless unfortunately when I turn to the side the mum tum above my c section is noticeable.

I noticed after that after a couple of weeks wearing these my belly bump is visibly smaller . Even the other half has commented on how my waist is getting smaller

The control in these briefs is awesome my only criticism would be that the control does not go further enough down. So my post pregnancy belly can sometimes pop out of the bottom.

They stay up. They don’t give VPL. They mean I don’t have to walk around pulling my stomach in. To top it all off, they’re soft and comfortable. Although be warned, if you eat a meal, you won’t be able till eat as much!

My only comment would is that I would love to have a tummy panel As this makes a beautiful shape looking from head on but a tummy panel would help from a profile view too. I bought this for bum/lower tum control with the hopes of a smoother look for under a tight fitting satin bridesmaid dress. I’m only 5ft, size 10 on top usually, but a 12 on bottom which makes clothes tricky with me being so short. The length of the shorts also appealed as the dress has a split and my lack of height! It felt pretty good on, really held me in. Definitely a bit of over hang on the top but that could have been because it was a bit long in the body for me. Thought, no matter, the dress up top is structured enough to hide that, but unfortunately the seam of the legs was visible through the dress so that was that. Hard to tell what seam is like from images with the colour of pants being black. I’ll keep them for something else in future:)

Not sure if these were as good as everyone recommended. Order L (I am a size 12) and it didn't really pull me in. Also the shorts are very visible when wearing a fitted dress and they roll up. Top of them also roll down slightly. All in all, I would not recommend paying £25 for these - sorry!!!

This is my second purchase from this site. I already bought the cincher. The Invisible Shaping Control Pants - Short shapewear is okay but the cincher is better. I am a UK size 12. Bought 10-14. It smooths lumps and bumps quite well. You need to buy the cincher and the short to get the best experience. I alternate between the two. The instructions on the website is very useful and need to be followed to avoid return. Thank you Waist Train. Will definitely recommend.
