1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the waist trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime.
Cleaning:
To extend the life of your waist trainer, we recommend that you alternate trainers, instead of using the same waist trainer everyday. It is recommended to purchase two and alternate between them so that each trainer gets to ‘rest’ between each wearing. This will allow the trainer to regain some elasticity between uses.

okay so HEAR ME OUT please. i've been wanting a waist trainer for years but i literally had no idea where to even begin. by CHANCE i googled 'waist trainer' and this was the first website, and so i decided to just give it a try. listen to me now. i paid £25 for an everyday waist trainer and ONE POUND for delivery. NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY. that's insane to me. i can't recommend this enough. the sizing is insanely accurate, it sizes you down immediately, the shipping is a dream and the pricing in general is fantastic. if you're indecisive as you read this? DO IT!!!!

Wow. Tucks me in in all the right places! I'm size 12 and bought 12-14 (xl) size. It doesn't ride up. I wore it from day 1 all day every day skipping a few wears in between. It's boosted my confidence wearing my waist trainer with certain outfits - even when wearing it under a plain t-shirt I feel more composed and confident in myself. The downside is if wearing under a dress, you can see the line where the waist trainer links together, at the front. I turn it to the side slightly, meaning it's less visible. All in all, happy customer.

I was very dubious about this at first as I didn't really see how it would make much difference. I regularly suffer with lower back pain which can become quite debilitating after a short period of standing or walking. I also don't have a lot of body confidence after putting on weight over lockdown. I genuinely have to say that this waist trainer has made so much difference. I feel trimmer and sexier with it on which has helped my confidence. It encourages me to have better posture which also helps with confidence as it enhances your bust. I've been out for 2 long walks with it on and haven't experienced any back pain which just blows my mind. That alone makes it worth the money for me. It's also very comfortable and I weirdly find it comforting to wear now. It doesn't ride up when it has direct contact with skin but, when I wore it with high waist tights one day, I found it was moving around which was annoying. I'm 5,3 and the smaller one is just the right size for my shorter frame. Delivery was within two days of ordering and packaging was discreet... I had no idea what it was until I opened it. Couple of things... It's not majorly comfortable for long periods of sitting... I did an hour and a half drive in it and it was a bit uncomfortable. Also use the size guide and use the smallest part of your waist. It worked for me.
It’s so comfortable and easy and more discreet to wear under clothes than the latex. It has had some thread come undone but I’m not sure if that’s because I stretched it a bit.

As I mentioned in my previous review, saying it’s the best on the market will be such a cliché! This is incredible and I can wear even when exercising barre, Pilates or yoga! I couldn’t find another waist trainer in the market to be comfortable while doing those exercises and actually helping you lose cm in your waist! Thank you!
I am sorry for taking so long to leave my review but I had to wear it for a while in order to give you my true feedback! I want to say that it’s the best but I think will be such a cliché! I will just say this: “this corset helped me lose 5cm and regain my waist after pregnancy in a short time, and after every one I know told me that I will never have a waist again, this helped me prove them wrong!!! I got size M 10-14, I’d probably say I’m a 12-14 top size, and The size is ok, but there’s Velcro that doesn’t quite reach the other side of the belt which means there’s Velcro rubbing on my tummy, so it requires a vest top underneath if you’re on the bigger side of the size. But other than that I can not fault it at all.
I bought it because I have hernia and diastasis recti after my 2 pregnancies. I have also sitting job and getting back pains. I love it. It keeps my posture straight and my belly in shape.
Really good I ordered one was too small so they exchanged it for larger one. I had ot on for about 2 days before needing to change it to the last hook. And then 1 week later I need to drop down a size. It'd helped my back pain, so comfortable and durable. It helps with hunger pangs and when you eat you get full quicker as your stomach has shrunk and your stomach can take anymore food

I was recommended this brand for latex waist trainers as I was unsure where to go! It is brilliant, I initially ordered a XXL and it was too big, so I have gone down to a XL in blue and it’s so comfy and supportive. I started wearing my waist trainer two weeks ago and my waist measured 38inches (shocking I know) and now I’m a comfortable 34 inches!! I cannot believe the results - I haven’t been doing much exercise at all and my job is at a desk all day so I never get much time, I wear this all day and take it off in the evening to relax and the results are crazy. It has also helped my posture massively especially when I’m sitting all day. I think I will downsize after Christmas as I am already on my final clasp of the XL.
I just love it. Put me a size down and can now wear most of my bodycon dresses. Will surely get another one.

The best thing I've bought in years. Review - where do I start?! Perhaps by telling you that I've just cleaned the house wearing mine! Seriously, its THAT comfy. I am also finding that I'm preferring wearing it to not wearing it. Eg, I wore it to play club tennis, and I played better because I was far less self-conscious about tummy-wobble-running! I feel that, whatever your actual size, this changes your relative dimensions, so your waist is enhanced and 'held' relative to everything else. So if (like me) you're menopausally shocked by your own girth increase, this is the thing to try. The confidence boost is worth the price alone. It's prompted more interest in historical corsetry, and the attitudes around this. In 2021, I guess most people think of corsets in a perjorative sense. But reaching a certain age, you start to understand exactly where they were coming from!!!

What is your returns policy?
Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order. We can only accept exchanges which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like an exchange from the date of item receipt via info@waisttrain.uk.
We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Waist Train UK in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification.
Waist Train UK will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Once we have received your return we will send your exchanged size out to you free of charge.
I purchased a Bundle and would like to return one product from it, can I do this?
Yes! We can easily exchange one product from a bundle for another size or product without you needing to return the rest of the bundle.
If you would like to return one product from a bundle for a refund, we will refund you the proportion of the bundle so you have still paid the single value of the product you have kept.
For example, say you purchase our Everyday Waist Trainer and Latex Waist Bundle for £50. If you return the Everyday Waist Trainer you will receive a £10 refund, making your order total £40. If you return the Latex Waist Trainer you will receive a £25 refund, making your order total £25.
I've received a faulty item! What can I do?
If you receive a Faulty Product we will provide either a replacement or refund, please email us at info@waisttrain.uk when you receive your item so we can assist you immediately.
All items come with a 60 Day Warranty from the date the product is received - this is because if the product is worn every day there will be wear over time as with any item of clothing if worn consecutively or repeatedly over time.
In the case that your item develops a fault through use within this time frame, please email us at info@waisttrain.uk for a replacement product.
We can only provide a refund on faulty items that have not been worn. If your item has become faulty through use we will be happy to provide a replacement as long as you are in the 60 Day Warranty period.

If you have received a promotional free gift with purchase and would like to request to return your full order, you must return the free gift in unused condition. If the free gift is missing from your return we will process your refund minus the value of the free gift.
