This is fab! As a woman in her late 40’s with 2 children and a liking for good food and the odd glass of vino this has worked wonders! Obviously it hasn’t made me tiny but it certainly holds a lot in and is surprisingly comfortable. I saw a friend the other day, she had been on holiday (lucky thing!) for a few weeks and when she saw me she asked if I had lost weight! I hadn’t I was just wearing the everyday trainer. Another plus is that it has helped with my posture. I have tried loads of different pull in pants but struggled getting them on and off but this is great! I brought the large and I’m a size 14 and will be going to the next set of hooks soon! Thank you!

I am a size 14. The waist trainer is very snug once done up. You can wear it for a few hours and then it becomes uncomfortable around the waist. It feels like it is digging in. I wear it when out and about. Not good when eating. It does slim you down to get into a dress. Haven't wore it enough to say it aids weight loss.

The best thing I've bought in years. Review - where do I start?! Perhaps by telling you that I've just cleaned the house wearing mine! Seriously, its THAT comfy. I am also finding that I'm preferring wearing it to not wearing it. Eg, I wore it to play club tennis, and I played better because I was far less self-conscious about tummy-wobble-running! I feel that, whatever your actual size, this changes your relative dimensions, so your waist is enhanced and 'held' relative to everything else. So if (like me) you're menopausally shocked by your own girth increase, this is the thing to try. The confidence boost is worth the price alone. It's prompted more interest in historical corsetry, and the attitudes around this. In 2021, I guess most people think of corsets in a perjorative sense. But reaching a certain age, you start to understand exactly where they were coming from!!!

Managed to go to the 2nd hook within a few days now after a week of the 2nd hook is really comfortable... it is also good for your posture and I feel great too! Using this and dieting I have lost 3kg in 2.5 weeks... can't wait to get to the 3rd hook! Will 100% recommend this product it isn't like an old fashioned corset either which some people keep commenting.. its breathable and has flexable boning really good quality.

This waist trainer is pretty good on its own and very comfortable to wear.However when worn with the training shorts combined,well that whole different level. Snatched waist and beautiful curves all the way.After a couple of weeks wearing this combination my partner started commenting on how much smaller my waist was looking. Great stuff, bought it in size 12/14 and after a week I could zip it on the 3rd row, very comfortable. I used it mainly to prepare myself to a latex waist trainer in size 12, as I bought them together, after 2 weeks of using the daily one I managed to squeeze myself in the latex one. Now I use the daily one when on gym or when home with kids, as it works but is more comfortable and bit more forgiving! Good stuff!

Love waits trainers started on the medium and moved down to small over about a two year period, got a small but stayed straight on the second hook which lead the wire to snap on the inside which was my fault! But bought another small and loving it

Hi, my waist is 27-28" depending, so I bought a medium everyday trainer.
It was very painful so I decided to begin with a large size instead. I've never thought of myself as large before, I'm size 8, but bought my second everyday trainer.
I persevered with this one for a long time but it was still too painful.
So now I have bought my third everyday trainer, 'extra large' !
This has proved a very expensive experiment.

I bought the Everyday Waist Trainer a week or so ago and it's wonderful. You can wear it directly on your skin with no trouble but I found the boning dug into my hips so I took to wearing it over a thin T shirt and that sorted out everything. I already feel more shapely and having my back in the correct position is a lovely bonus. The only negative I can find is that it rides up a lot where my waist cinches in and I have to constantly pull it down. Outside of this minor annoyance, it's comfortable, easy to fasten, easy to wear, nicely made and a handy tool in conjunction with burning belly fat or losing weight. I'd recommend anyone who wants one to get one.

I've received my waist trainer today and its amazing. It really takes you in making you look slimmer. Since giving birth my I've gained tummy weight so I've tried many different shapes which which made me look fat and feel very uncomfortable.
