Waist trainers are extremely durable and long-lasting providing they’ve received the proper care during their lifetime. If you want your waist trainer to continue to deliver high compression, this is what you’ll need to do:

Only hand wash your waist trainer using unscented detergent and using lukewarm water
Where possible, alternate two waist trainers rather than wearing the same one every day. This will increase its longevity by allowing them to rest between wears and be properly aired. This process of resting allows the waist trainer to regain its elasticity.

All orders receive FREE delivery throughout the United Kingdom! We use Royal Mail 24 and email you once your package is on its way. Please note that although Royal Mail aims to deliver within one working day, some orders may take longer and we do not guarantee next day delivery. If you would like guaranteed delivery we would recommend opting for Hermes 24 Tracked.
Please note orders placed before 2pm on Monday - Friday are dispatched the day the order has been placed - therefore if you order before 2pm on Tuesday you will receive it on Wednesday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be sent out with Mondays orders - therefore if you order after 2pm on Friday your item will be dispatched on Monday, and you should receive it on Tuesday.

- Customs Fees: From 1 July 2021 new EU regulations require the customer to pay VAT on all orders. You will receive an invoice from TrakPak that will need to be paid before receiving your item.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order. We can only accept returns which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used.
Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?
We can only accept exchanges which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like an exchange from the date of item receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Waist Train UK in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification.
Waist Train UK will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Once we have received your return we will send your exchanged size out to you free of charge.
I purchased a Bundle and would like to return one product from it, can I do this?
Yes! We can easily exchange one product from a bundle for another size or product without you needing to return the rest of the bundle.
If you would like to return one product from a bundle for a refund, we will refund you the proportion of the bundle so you have still paid the single value of the product you have kept.
For example, say you purchase our Everyday Waist Trainer and Latex Waist Bundle for £50. If you return the Everyday Waist Trainer you will receive a £10 refund, making your order total £40. If you return the Latex Waist Trainer you will receive a £25 refund, making your order total £25.
I've received a faulty item! What can I do?
If you receive a Faulty Product we will provide either a replacement or refund, please email us at email@example.com when you receive your item so we can assist you immediately.
All items come with a 60 Day Warranty from the date the product is received - this is because if the product is worn every day there will be wear over time as with any item of clothing if worn consecutively or repeatedly over time.
In the case that your itemdevelops afaultthroughusewithin this time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement product.
We can only provide a refund on faulty items that have not been worn. If your item has become faulty through use we will be happy to provide a replacement as long as you are in the 60 Day Warranty period.
